Nos processus de microencapsulation concernent en particulier les lessives liquides et les adoucissants. C’est un milieu assez difficile à contrôler ; les produits nettoyants sont agressifs vis à vis des microcapsules compte tenu de leur teneur en tensioactifs. Nous avons beaucoup travaillé la polymérisation de la paroi de la microcapsule qui se compose de plusieurs polymères et est ainsi plus facilement adaptable à l’utilisation finale. Nous avons réussi à éliminer le formaldéhyde. Ceci est très difficile parce que c’est un composant universel qui est présent partout et de ce fait compliqué à éliminer totalement. Notre production de microcapsules destinées à la lessive liquide est en forte progression. Notre capacité de production a augmenté à plusieurs reprises lors de l’adjonction de plusieurs unités de production en 2019.
